iii.                Industrial Processing Zone (IPZ) at Ibaka, Mbo Local Government Area for multilateral business interaction with other African Coastal Sub-region.

iv.                Reactivation of ailing industries including Quality Ceramics Limited, Itu; International Biscuit Limited, Ukana; Sunshine Batteries, Ukana.

v.                  Equity Investment Scheme involving formation of Venture Capital Company, Establishment of Credit Guarantee Scheme and Credit Finance to Small and Medium Scale Enterprises.

vi.                Completion of Etinan Trade Office and Rural Produce Office in Ikot Ekpene and Ikono.

vii.              Organization of trade fair jointly with the Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture in Uyo and Ikot Ekpene.

viii.            Establishment of Library/Management Information Services.
