In
Good Company |
In
Akwa Ibom State, our language is deep and full of meaning.
So when we say welcome, we do so with our hearts and our
hands: A heart to receive and a hand to give. Which is
why more than 5000 expatriates working for various organisations,
from Exxon Mobil to Shell, Chevron, Elf, the Aluminium
Smelter Company, Alscon, Ferrostal, Reynold International
and the University of Uyo, together with their families
have found a home here. A home is where you belong and
Akwa Ibom is that place where you belong.
This
is one state where values drive actions and friendship
cement a common humanity. This is one state where non
- indigenes can still stroll about in the evening without
fear of seizure or attack. This is one state where crime
rates is low and the street are safe for everyone. This
is one state where community life is lived at its fullest.
