Types Investment Opportunities
(a) Interested developers or foreign partners could invest
in the gas, oil or petroleum sub sectors both at Eket and
Ikot Abasi coastal axis of the State.
(b) The State government is also looking for investors in
the Housing sub sector. This could be located in the fast
growing towns like Uyo, Eket, Ikot Abasi and Oron.
(c) Government is eager to set up Cement bagging plant at
Ikot Abasi. Investors could avail themselves of the
opportunity.
